We realize that purchasing a high end ukulele over the Internet can seem risky since you don’t have a chance to actually play the instrument before you buy, so we offer a 2-day evaluation period on all ukes. Our return policy is detailed below.

Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks.
On custom orders, a 25% deposit is required with the full balance due before final delivery.
Shipping
We use UPS ground shipping within the continental United States. Faster shipping is available for additional fees. Please call or email for more information.
Returns
You have 48 hours to evaluate your ukulele. If you choose to return it, you must notify us via phone or email and ship the item the next business day using the same shipping service and speed. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and any credit card processing fees.
Guarantee
We build our ukuleles with great care & craftsmanship. All instruments are guaranteed to the original owner. This does not include damage caused by extremes in temperature and humidity, abuse, accidents, or normal wear to parts and finish. We will repair or replace any instrument found to be defective, based on our evaluation.
